1 Definitions

• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary process by which a Player requests to be temporarily or permanently blocked from accessing the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of how they access the Platform — whether via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means. No separate app installation is required, but these Terms govern all forms of access.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the bmy99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bmy99. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other variation — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time.

bmy99 reserves the right to verify all registration information against official records and third-party identity verification services. Accounts registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be merged or closed.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Account registration is free — bmy99 does not charge a sign-up fee.
• bmy99 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy policy as set out in the Platform's operating rules.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bmy99 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which can be activated from your account security settings.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bmy99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Review your login activity log regularly for any unrecognised sessions.

bmy99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

bmy99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials, provided that the Platform's own security infrastructure was not at fault.

6 Deposits

bmy99 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following verified payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your legal name.
• You are not acting as an agent or intermediary for any third party.
• You understand that deposits made to bmy99 are for gaming purposes and acknowledge the risk of financial loss.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name — the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Any active Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirements must be met before the portion of the balance attributed to those bonuses can be withdrawn.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside business banking hours for bank transfer methods will be queued and processed at the next available processing window. This does not apply to e-wallet withdrawals via GCash and Maya, which are processed around the clock.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

bmy99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

9 Gameplay Rules

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.

• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Circumventing geo-restriction or self-exclusion measures through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

11 Responsible Gaming

bmy99 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should remain an entertaining leisure activity and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bmy99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or power outages on the Player's side.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Decisions made by game providers regarding game outcomes, malfunctions, or rule interpretations within their respective game titles.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or inaccuracies.

bmy99's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by bmy99's gross negligence, where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

bmy99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Players are reminded that gambling transactions are inherently subject to chance. Losses resulting from fair game outcomes do not constitute a valid dispute ground. Disputes based solely on dissatisfaction with a game's outcome will not be considered.
